We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
We also deliver to many international destinations (please refer to the list below).

Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, provided all the items in your order are in stock and the payment is verified.
Please Note: Original Honey Hat doesn’t process orders during holidays or weekends. Shipping and processing may take longer during holiday, promotional periods, or high demand periods. Thank you for your patience.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method but typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment for domestic orders.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays or weather conditions.
· Standard (Domestic): $7.99 (3-7 Business Days)
·Express (Domestic): $12.99 flat rate (2-3 Business Days)
·International orders:
Shipping costs, duties, and taxes for international orders are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by country — estimated delivery 7–30 business days.
Tip for large buildings or complexes: If you live in a high-rise, apartment, or multi-unit complex, we recommend choosing Express Shipping. Express carriers like DHL often deliver directly to your door, whereas standard shipping via USPS may be left in a central mail area or parcel room, which can increase the risk of lost or stolen packages.
To ensure smooth delivery, consider: Knowing the location of your building’s parcel lockers or mailroom and/or notifying your doorman or building staff of an incoming package.
*An order processing time of 1–2 business days applies before shipping. Same-day dispatch is not guaranteed. Original Honey Hat is not responsible for any carrier delays that result in extended delivery times.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot find the package, we suggest you reach out to the courier. We ask that you wait at least 3 business days after it has been lost or stated as delivered before reaching out to us.
Original Honey Hat is not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" but lost, stolen, or misdelivered. Original Honey Hat is also not responsible for packages with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Incorrect Shipping or Order Information
Address Correction: Customers must ensure their address details are correct before placing an order. To update the shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of purchase at info@originalhoneyhat.com with your order number and the correct address. Once shipped, changes cannot be made. If the order is delivered to the incorrect address, there will be no refund provided. Returned packages may result in a refund minus shipping costs.
Order Correction: If you need to modify an order after placing it, contact us within 12 hours of purchase at contact@originalhoneyhat.com. After an order has shipped, we cannot make changes to your order.
